Maisonette Apartment – Complete Renovation

This maisonette apartment has undergone a comprehensive renovation, redefining its structure, function, and atmosphere.

The design process included a complete reconfiguration of the floor plan across two levels, incorporating structural interventions and the development of a new staircase. All electrical and plumbing installations were renewed and precisely aligned with the new spatial layout.

Windows and doors, as well as the colour and lighting concept, were conceived and executed as a cohesive system. The open-plan kitchen forms the social heart of the apartment, while the bedroom — featuring bespoke furniture, a fireplace stove, and new roof windows — provides a calm and secluded retreat.

The project combines functional clarity with atmospheric depth and artisanal precision — a timeless reinterpretation of the existing space.
