Color wheel on black background – representation of the 13 system colors for holistic color consulting based on chakras and color psychology

Each shade is a frequency – each color an impulse for your system.

Colors that touch your inner self

Why 13 system colors, color psychology & chakra wisdom form a powerful connection

Colors affect us more deeply than we think – they don’t just speak to our senses, but also to our energy system.

In my work, I consciously chose 13 system colors: a clear structure that offers guidance and helps most people intuitively find themselves. I draw from two powerful sources:

  • from color psychology, which has explored for decades how colors influence our thoughts and emotions

  • and from the ancient wisdom of the chakras, preserved for thousands of years in many cultures.

Why chakras?
Because they offer a deep understanding of the body’s energetic processes.
Each color corresponds to a specific energy level – some colors calm, others harmonize, and others activate our system.

A story that touches deeply:
A healing plant absorbs all the wavelengths of sunlight – except the one we perceive as its color. That one, it reflects – it’s the frequency it doesn’t need to create its medicine.

We humans do the opposite:
we absorb exactly the color we lack.
We are intuitively drawn to hues that nourish our system – to balance, soothe, or energize us.

Our body already knows what our mind hasn’t realized yet.

Colors touch the invisible – and open up new spaces within us.

They influence our mood, our expression, our creativity.
And they can directly affect our energy system – especially when chosen with clarity and intention.

Science and ancient wisdom need bridges – now more than ever.
The ancient chakra knowledge, born of meditation, mindfulness, and lived experience, meets modern color psychology, rooted in observation, research, and empirical evidence.

Both systems speak through color – just in different languages.
Together, they reveal their full potential: for spaces that truly nourish, and for people who long to feel themselves again.

Why choose HARMONIACUM?

Our spaces can be much more than just beautiful – they can support our health and inner balance. Scientific findings show that our bodies are highly sensitive to electromagnetic frequencies – just like in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), which is based on the same physical principles as the Earth’s natural magnetic field.

The so-called Schumann Resonance – an electromagnetic pulse vibrating between the Earth and the atmosphere – has been proven to influence our brainwaves and nervous system. Colour therapy, sound healing, and the targeted use of essential oils are increasingly used in medicine and psychology to reduce stress, promote well-being, and activate the body’s self-healing powers.

When we design our spaces with colours, sounds, and scents that resonate with these natural rhythms, we create environments that strengthen, soothe – and bring us back to ourselves.

It’s not about believing in frequencies or energetic principles. What truly matters is allowing yourself – even for a moment – to tune into a subtler level of perception, and to intuitively sense what feels right, nourishing, and strengthening.

This conscious openness allows for a new connection to your inner self – free from concepts, guided by feeling.

Because spaces are more than just four walls – they are places for your personal growth and conscious interior design.

Because harmony within transforms your life.
Because you deserve to feel supported, strengthened, and inspired.

Horst supported me with empathy and expertise in creating my Jin Shin Jyutsu practice in Natz. Together, we transformed the former guest room using the ILD method, removing anything that no longer served and carefully selecting the wall color. Thank you, Horst, for this SACRED space!
